My father (Carlo), a Computer Scientist by qualification, owns the Doonhamer retaraunt in Dumfries, uncle Loreno (Rinaldi) was made a Caveliere by the Italian Government , and my other uncle Roberto has a PhD in Nuclear Physics. All three are sons of Romeo Rinaldi. Family originates from Barga in Tuscany (Lucca province) where we have a house in Ponte di Catagnana.
